About Tau Ceti Tours
Marathon is a brilliant game, but it's hard to get into. New players often say it's hard to understand, and meeting someone who knows how to play makes a huge difference. We want to bring in new players, show them how great the game is, and keep them playing for longer.
So we treat it like a holiday. Experienced players become tour guides, and new players are the tourists they show around Tau Ceti.
How it works
- Tourists find a guide by map, task, Shell, weapon type, region, device or language, then ask for a tour through our Discord.
- Tour Guides are experienced players who volunteer. We vet every guide and confirm who they are before they appear here.
- Tours are always free. Never pay a guide, and never share your account.
- A guide is never guaranteed. Guides are volunteers, and we're here to help you find one.
